Fun Fitness Outdoor Group Strength & Resistance classes are tailored to suit all fitness levels.  With a maximum of 12 participants per class, this total body circuit workout allows you to target those areas you may feel need some extra attention whilst getting the most out of your work out.

There are many reasons why strength & resistance training is a fantastic form of exercise, and what most of these reasons come down to is program flexibility.

Whether you want an all-over body workout, or you just want to work on a specific body area, or you need to work on a particular aspect of your sport, this can all be accommodated.
