Funfitness Swim School at Croydon Tennis Centre offers AUSTswim learn to swim programs personalised swimming classes to infants and toddlers through to young children in our indoor well heated Saltwater pool.

 

Are you a great Learn to Swim instructor, who enjoys teaching little children, enjoys making lessons fun and making children smile? Are you lovable by kids and parents and your collegues? Do you have great communication skills and easy to get along with? If so, we need you.

 

We are a friendly family orientated business looking for someone who has:-

- A positive & can-do attitude

- A love of working with children 

- A sense of fun & enjoyment for every day

- Loves the water and has lots of energy and enthusiasm

- Communicates well

- Is reliable and can commit to a full term of coaching

- Has a minimum of 12 months experience

- Has experience working with infants & toddlers aged 1-4

- Is conscientious about developing & advancing swimming skills in all pupils

- Experience working with children with a disability and adults an advantage, not essential

- Enjoys being a team player

- Being an extremely reliable & independent self-starter who prides themselves on a job well  done

 

Selection Criteria Essential 

  AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics 

  AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety 

  Current CPR 

  Level 2/Senior First Aid 

  Working with children check

 

Desirable 

  AUSTSWIM Teacher of Adults 

  AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics for People with a Disability 

  AUSTSWIM Teacher of Towards Competitive Strokes 

  Swim Australia ™ Teacher 

  Licenced Swimming Coach
